Using our Services

You may not, without approval from Science Catalogs, use the Services to publish or distribute advertising, promotional material, or solicitations to other users of the Services for any goods or services. You may not use the Services to conduct any business or solicit other users to subscribe to other services. Redistribution or commercial exploitation of any public or shareware information accessed through the Services is prohibited.
Content Provided or Posted
Some Services allow you to upload, submit, store, send or receive content ("Submission"). Except as otherwise provided, Science Catalogs does not claim ownership of any Submission you or third parties provide. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in your Submission. However, by Posting a Submission, you grant Science Catalogs a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive license to publish, display, reformat, archive, link to, and use such Submission in connection with its business and Services, and permit others to do so.
You warrant that any Submission is original, not anonymous, and that you own or control all rights to it. Science Catalogs may remove any Submission at its sole discretion. You may not Post content that is illegal, defamatory, abusive, hateful, profane, pornographic, threatening, contains viruses, or otherwise violates laws or these Terms.
Notifications of infringement should be directed to the Science Catalogs Legal Department at the contact email provided on the website.

The Services may contain links to third-party sites or resources. Science Catalogs does not endorse and is not responsible for third-party content, transactions, or materials. You may link to Science Catalogs Services provided your link does not imply endorsement by Science Catalogs. You may not use Science Catalogs trademarks or copyrighted materials without written permission. Framing or incorporating Content into another site without consent is prohibited.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability
Science Catalogs provides the Services "as is" without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use of the Services, Content, or Submissions is at your own risk. Science Catalogs disclaims all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law and is not liable for damages arising from use of the Services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Science Catalogs, its affiliates, employees, suppliers, and licensors from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Registered User License
If registration is required, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. Licenses granted to registered users are non-transferable and revocable.
Password Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and agree to notify Science Catalogs of any unauthorized use.
Term and Termination
Licenses last until expiration, termination by Science Catalogs, or your notice of termination. Science Catalogs reserves the right to suspend or modify Services without notice.
Compliance and Governing Law
You agree to comply with applicable laws. These Terms are governed by the laws of Indian Government or the relevant region for users outside India. Legal jurisdiction is as specified per region.
